Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and/or insurance billing to assist in the collection process.
Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals with outstanding bills to secure payments
- Review and analyze billing statements
- Work with accounting office staff to resolve billing discrepancies
- Negotiate payments with insurance carriers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance collections or a related field.
